Need some temp work before Christmas?
1-month contract Leeds city centre starting end of November 2008
A high profile financial services institution is looking to recruit a number of temporary workers to complete a short-term contract coming up in the middle of November 2008.
The role will predominantly telephone based handling and processing customer claims surrounding sensitive financial information.
Candidates should be immediately available and be able to attend an interview in Leeds either week commencing the 17th November. Start date is 24th
Please see below for experience required for this position:
Non-experienced:
Educated to degree level
Strong customer focus
Keen attention to detail
Experienced:
Part CF (FPC) or CeMAP qualified
Previous experience within financial services
Product knowledge to include Mortgage, Investment, Pensions or Protection
Knowledge of working under FSA rules and regulations
Strong customer focus
Salary range from £9.15 - £12.75 per hour
Start date on or around 24th November.
