Job Description

A leading onshore Private Equity Fund Administrator with their head office in Central London are currently recruiting for a part qualified Assistant Accountant to join their Client Accounting team & ideally looking for someone coming from an accountancy practice/book keeping background. Reporting into the Client Services Accountant, responsibilities of this role are; Preparing Client Accounts for review including Balance Sheet and P&L, investor reporting and managing the day to day workload of an Accounts Assistant. This is a fantastic client facing role, where you will be interacting with non-finance people on a daily basis. The role is newly created due to a rapidly expanding team, therefore progression opportunities are endless. Ideally candidates will be studying for ACCA, CIMA, AAT or equivalent and have previous financial reporting experience. Past experience has shown that people who work best in this role and gain promotion fastest come from accountancy practice backgrounds with knowledge of financial services an advantage but not essential.
