Job Description

This leading Lloyds Management Agency currently has a new position within their Group Compliance team for an Assurance and Adoption Advisor. The successful candidate needs to come from a compliance background within the Insurance sector and ideally specifically related to the Lloyd's/London Market. You will be responsible for ensuring the practical implementation of new or revised compliance requirements throughout the Group. This will involve assistance to and monitoring of compliance representatives from all parts of the group. You will also be responsible for compliance training wherever needs are identified. Finally you will be responsible for assurance monitoring of the group to ascertain whether the business is operating within the legal and regulatory framework as determined by law, the FSA, Lloyd's, overseas regulatory bodies and the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
