Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious fund accountant to join the middle office of this renowned global asset manager within their fund of hedge funds business. With a relaxed and easy going working culture, this instantly recognisable company is a phenomenal success with a rapidly expanding fund of hedge funds business, impressive strategies that have consistently over-performed and some of the best fund managers in the market. Owing to an internal promotion, they're seeking someone for their middle office team (5 people) with a preference for graduate calibre individuals with some form of professional qualification (IAQ, Inc, CFA) and a background in a pricing, valuations, client reporting or fund accounting. Core responsibilities will include:- * Trade processing and confirmation; * Fund of hedge fund accounting * NAV calculation and validation; * Fee tracking and collection; * Monitoring external service providers (fund administrators, custodians etc) and enhancing these relationships; * Project work - systems migrations and UAT * Monitoring of FX and Leverage We are open on background but would ideally look for people coming from an asset management or fund administration background.
