Job Description

Combining the autonomy of a boutique investment house, with the reputation of one of the largest investment banks, this is a great opportunity for a talented fund accountant to take the next step in Real Estate Private Equity. With a portfolio of over Euro40bn you will work in the heart of the City, joining the global Finance and Operations team for a thriving business. As a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) you will take ownership of quarterly and annual fund accounts, but this role will take you beyond the realms of traditional fund accounting. Working closely with fund managers you will be involved with the more commercial aspects of fund management, monitoring fund performance, calculating IRR`s and providing information pivotal to the management of the portfolio. An up to the minute knowledge of IFRS will ensure that you can perform the technical aspects of the role whilst a balanced confidence will allow you to effectively manage a number of key stakeholder relationships. Previous experience has shown that those with Private Equity, or Real Estate Private Equity will be capable of hitting the ground running, though candidates will be considered on individual merit.
