Small Ambitious IFA. Stunning Client Bank. Listed Building Office.

Benefits include £500 parking permit, 6% non contributory pension, 22 days holiday and sponsorship for the FPC qualification + the potential for a salary increase of £500pa for each exam passed.

This company currently consists of 6 staff and htye are keen to grow from this base as soon as possible. You will report to the Lead Administrator and be responsible for the administrative work of one of the Directors and a Senior Advisor, with an exclusive, high net worth client bank.

Our client deals with all aspects of financial planning and all the products therein including DB schemes and associated EBs. GPPs, VCTs, pensions – all types, life, investments and mortgages including equity release, so it is a busy office with a variety of cases. An excellent opportunity to learn the business.

The main requirements are that you have previous office experience, are confident on packages such as Word, Outlook and the Internet and can prioritise your workload, as well as communicate confidently with clients over the phone.

The responsibilities are many and varied, but the main areas include:

* Answer and deal with, or transfer incoming calls, e mail and post.
* Enter relevant data (Valuations, contribution changes etc.).
* Generate relevant “standard” response letters.
* Deal with own post, diary, e mails.
* Process applications through to being on risk/commission paid status.
* Reconciling commission statements and chasing unpaid commission.
* Maintaining accurate records/files for private clients.
* Producing valuation/schedule of assets for clients/advisers.
