Job Description
One of the UK's biggest IFA firms is now looking to add additional manpower to its support team on the private client side of the business. They are looking for someone who ideally will have already provided support to IFA's and also will have made some progress with the CFP/FPC exams. The role is based around providing sales support throughout the common sales process to consultants providing individual client advice.
The key accountabilities are as follows:
* Handle inbound client/provider calls/written correspondence dealing with general enquiries for your designated consultant(s)/client bank.
* Order quotes for Consultants & check accuracy obtaining appropriate literature to accompany the prepared client report.
* Process New Business. All new business to be tracked through active management of the pipeline through to completion.
* Maintain a diary system to manage scheduled events, ongoing work and after sales activities.
* Process all after sales administration on behalf of the consultant and client.
Again, ideally you will have working experience in administering a number of the following products: Pensions & Retirement Planning, Investments eg Bonds, ISAs, Unit Trusts & OEICs, Protection and Health. An excellent company to work for, having expanded by a healthy degree in recent years and this looks like continuing.
