Job Description
This IFA firm have been established for over 20 years and have been steadily expanding to the point where they are now approaching 100 staff, spread over several offices around the UK. The aim is to become recognised as one of the UK's Top 10 IFA firms.
This opening is focused on supporting their HNW private clients and two people are needed as they seek to grow this division in the medium term. You will support the Consultants in the London office and make an immediate contribution in developing their client base. Your main areas of involvement will include:
• Preparation of information and documentation for consultant/client consultations and ongoing performance reviews.
• Service existing clients and assisting other team members in developing client relationships.
• Continuously developing business, financial and technical expertise – to become a centre of excellence to specific clients.
• Supporting other team members in specialist knowledge areas.
• Ensuring administrative and compliance processes are followed to required timescales.
• Continue to progress with professional qualifications and recognise training needs, relevant to the role.
• Be proactive and flexible in your approach to work during high volume activity or project based tasks.
To be considered for these two openings, you will need to have a proven track record gained within an IFA environment focused on private clients, an 'A' level standard or equivalent and ideally some FPC/CFP progress. Previous experience of 1st Software would be useful and you will need a certain level of IT literacy e.g. excel, word, powerpoint, outlook.
