Job Description

Whilst others have struggled this London based hedge fund has continued outperform it`s competitors boasting impressive ROIs. Sustained growth has resulted in the need for a Senior Hedge Fund Accountant capable of taking responsibility for four funds and directing staff activities, highlighting and implementing improvements. Located in the heart of the West End this position requires a fully qualified accountant with a ?can do` attitude to hit the ground running and provide advice and guidance to existing staff on the funds administration. Reporting directly to the COO this role will involve a lot of autonomy and ad hoc work including new fund set up. More routine duties will include weekly and monthly NAV calculation; provision of daily balance sheet reports to fund managers and the production of risk exposure reports. You will almost certainly have worked ?in house` for a hedge fund, but those from a fund administrator may also have the necessary skill set. The role requires a fully qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent), ideally with a knowledge of Beauchamp or other trading system.
