Job Description

A progressive, expanding IFA firm is now in need of someone with financial services administration experience and the ability to run a small team and manage the office in general.
Our client works closely with a firm of accountants and solicitors and gets a lot of business off the back of these contacts, so much so that they are looking to increase their adviser headcount from 4 to 8 over the next couple of years, which in turn means that the Admin Manager role will grow with the business.
The role is based around three main elements. First off you will be responsible for a Junior Administrator who will help take some of the more mundane tasks off your hand and allow you to focus on some of the more critical operational issues. Secondly, you will assist with some of the more technical support work, some of which will involve you in the report writing aspects and some client interaction. Finally, you will be responsible for general office management, making sure that the IFA's are completely organised and that the logistical issues of running a small business are taken care of.
In addition to the basic salary, there is potential to earn a bonus, you will receive a pension, free car parking and further bonuses for CF exam passes.
