Job Description

Spearheaded by a team of Investment Bankers the very heart of this business is the spirit of entrepreneurialism. A proven track record and strong ROIs has inspired investor confidence and left this Fund Manger poised and ready to take advantage of investment opportunities created by a turbulent market. To ensure that this is possible the structure must be in place to support investments and as such a new position has arisen within the finance team. Working closely with the Financial Controller you will take ownership of the accounting for a number of existing and new investments. In practice this means you will be responsible for the management and financial accounts, providing analysis and reporting back at a board level. Suitable applicants will have an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA or equivalent), are likely to have hands on accounts preparation experience and have been trained in an accountancy practice, though all applicants will be considered. Moreover the role will provide a rare mix of financial services and commerce experience and will is likely to see the incumbent develop a skill set that could lead to financial directorship in the future.
