Job Description
My client a top tier bank based in Brighton has an exceptional opportunity to join their busy city centre based branch as a entry level manager.
You will ideally have banking management experience and be looking to take that next step in your career.
Some of your duties will include:
- Improving operational quality and customer satisfaction
- Conveying clear expectations and standards
- Balancing excellent customer service with effort to maximise sales
and income
- Building rapport and relationships with customers
- Effectively monitors and ensures the delivery of fair, needs
focused, informative and suitable advice that meets customer
expectations
- Helping and guiding others in understanding how to achieve goals
- Skills Previous experience training and developing new staff
- Previous targeted sales experience in a target driven role
- Experience motivating staff and managing a team whilst setting challenging targets
- Prior experience within the financial services industry is favoured. Benefits
