Job Description

My client a leading syndicate at Lloyds are looking to recruit a Senior Syndicate Accountant and are offering up to £70,000 plus a great benefits package. The role itself is high profile with great exposure to key stakeholders and you will be supervising two fellow syndicate accountants. Reporting directly to the Syndicate Accounting Manager you will be responsible for supervising a team and improving the overall output and quality of service provided by the team within specified levels. You will also develop the team, providing guidance, support and motivation to support the staff on a personal and professional level. The main focus of the role will be to prepare all reporting of an accounting nature for one or ore of the syndicates for both external/internal bodies. You will have frequent exposure to senior management and board level!! We are looking for candidates who are either qualified/part qualified Accountant`s with few years experience of working in a finance function in the Lloyds market.
