A leading independent corporate finance advisory firm which advises Corporates, Financial Institutions, Private Equity Houses and Governments and is active throughout Europe, has an outstanding position for a Corporate Finance Associate. With their advisory services covering Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Debt, Restructuring and Strategic Advice you will gain fantastic exposure to a varied transaction range as well as being able to manage a team. Working on a cross-border deals, you will join a 60-strong elite group focusing on sectors such as: Consumer goods, Defence and Aerospace, Electronics, General industrial, Leisure, Media, Real estate, Retail, Support services, Transport and Utilities. Due to expansion and large deal flow they are looking for a 3rd year Associate or the equivalent who is entrepreneurial, diligent and creative as from day one you will have real responsibility to work on Corporate Finance and M&A transactions from origination through to execution.
