Job Description
Our client is a leader in their field, that field being pensions administration - offering an outsourcing service for a number of large corporations and this administrative workload also includes payroll. Our client has been expanding in recent years and taking on new accounts, therefore the payroll team has to expand as well, hence the opening.
The focus of the role is based around supporting the Pensions Payroll Manager in providing a client focused pension payroll service to a variety of clients. The key responsibilities are as follows:
* Accurate processing of client payrolls
* Reconciliation of PAYE
* Download Tax Codes from Inland Revenue and upload to member records
* Monitor account payments and advance payments
* Ensure that new pensioners details and amendments to pensioner records are completed
* Professional, courteous and accurate communication to pensioners, clients and third parties
* Accurate calculation of initial, periodical and adjustment payments
* Work effectively in accordance with legislative regulatory rules
* Commit to personal development
You must have previous office administration experience and be comfortable with basic IT packages such as Word & Excel. You will need strong numerical skills, the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and possess good communication skills.
