Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager: Career opportunity based in Nottingham. This firm is a leading accounting and business advisory firm with offices and experts throughout the East Midlands seeking a Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager.
This role offers an opportunity to join the growing tax team as a corporate tax manager/senior manager to deal primarily with advisory work.
The advisory projects that you will be involved in will be varied, challenging and interesting and will include advising on MBO/MBI, group structures, share schemes, demergers together with personal issues that may relate to the director shareholder of the OMB.
You will occasionally be involved with reviewing compliance work for larger clients and some HMRC enquiry work.
Reporting directly to the Tax partner this role is a key appointment for the development of the tax advisory business.
