Job Description

- The role requires an independent worker who is able to drive forward new business processes and ideas.
- The external relationship with the product supplier is a key function of the role with the postholder attending regular performance review meetings.
- A high level of excel skill is required working with complex models to forecast income, inform pricing decisions and evaluate new product profitability.
- The role will also require management of two technicians and one accountant.
You should have the following skills/experience:

Ø An experienced Accountant with a proven track record of achievement
Ø Experience in the financial services essential, specifically someone with direct experience of the Protection and Investments or General Insurance industries.
Ø Excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills
Ø Commercial awareness and ability to establish credibility quickly
Ø Practical awareness of reporting business performance using a range of tools and producing complex financial models
Ø Be passionate and have the ability to inspire others to succeed
Ø Confident in communicating and influencing people at all levels

This position has come about due to internal promotion and will consider a quick start on a temporary to permanent basis.
