Leading Newcastle Property Development, Management & Construction Company, with a £30million property portfolio, is seeking a dynamic debt recovery specialist to head up a new recovery department. You will be responsible for a portfolio of debt from service charges and ground rents owed to landlords amounting to over £5million. There is potential for the candidate to be offered, after probationary period, equity within the company including bonuses.

Applicant Requirements
You will need to hit the ground running and be already in a debt recovery position with a track record of recovering large amount of monies owed. You will be managing a team or in a supervisory position, be well organised and articulate. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with exceptional debt recovery experience.
