Job Description

A top ranked UK focused securities firm in London are expanding their corporate finance team, due to increased deal flow during 2008, by adding a number of analysts and associates to their already very talented ranks. With it being an integrated corporate finance team, the successful candidates will have experience of ECM transactions, IPOs and capital raising as well as transaction knowledge from M&A. Experience of AIM transactions is especially sought after. Candidates that are currently in a brokerage environment will be at an advantage but those that are in an investment bank from, probably, an ECM team would also be desirable.
