Job Description

A leading firm of Sussex based Accountants are looking to appoint a qualified accountant into their Horsham based Corporate Finance Division, applicants. This is an excellent entry point into corporate finance for individuals with no prior transaction experience and ideally you should have experience of audit and accounts gained within general practice. The position will involve dealing with business and share valuations, fundraisings, reorganisations and business acquisitions and disposals. This will involve financial analysis and review of businesses, financial modelling and report writing. Applicants with good IT skills together with a working knowledge of Excel and Word are required together with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and to work flexibly as part of a team.
