Job Description

Working for a Top4 firm based at their Gatwick (West Sussex) office the role of Corporate Finance Manager will be to manage a team whilst interfacing with clients/potential clients, financiers and other professionals and to contribute to the wider development and expansion of the department. Applicants will be professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA) with experience within a Corporate Finance department. Applicants will have sufficient knowledge of financial reporting and tax matters to identify issues in transactions; be a self-starter with a desire to initiate/win new business whilst being able to present assignments to financiers and other professionals.
