Job Description

Managing a team of 3 in accounts, and reporting to the partnership board, within this respected mid-tier practice, this 40% accounts focused and 40% office commercial operational role will involve all elements of internal financial controls, including management account pack production, budgeting, VAT returns, charge out rate control, budgets and forecasting, company secretarial, fleet management, health and safety and ad hoc projects (eg mergers and acquisitions) You will also manage the facilities side (supervision of 2 staff), together with the systems function side, Taxpoint, Sage L50hoc project work) reporting to the IT committee. You are qualified or qualified by experience with ideally a partnership background (i.e hourly charge rate based) such as current practice, solicitors, management consultancy, or chartered surveyor industry background and enjoys the breadth of this split between an accountancy and company operational support role.
