Due to a recent change in focus towards a more aggressive M&A policy, this global and market leading FTSE 100 integrated energy group currently have a fantastic and unique opportunity for an M&A Project Manager in their London offices. Your role will be to structure any transaction and deploy all relevant resources in a productive and timely manner, and you will also be a key leading member of the negotiating team required to influence and secure any deal at maximum value. Any transactions you're involved with will shape the company's strategy in all of their business streams, and will involve working in a truly multi-disciplinary capacity. Commercial and financial awareness, coupled with strong interpersonal skills are naturally essential for this role; and a background in a similar up or downstream M&A role within an Oil and Gas major or Investment Bank is highly desirable (as is an MBA qualification).
