Job Profile
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Wealth Management Sales Development Manager to work from the South Central branch of this major life and pensions company. You will support the Regional Sales Manager with the operational management of the consultant population and support Consultants to meet and exceed targets in line with the regional plan. You will design and implement product launches in line with regional objectives. You will manage and review consultant activity and deliver the agreed wealth management strategy for the region. Responsibility for expansion and sales of guaranteed products and retention of large individual cases. Together with a basic salary between £40k to £50k you will receive a £1,350 market allowance, KPI bonus, commission and excellent benefits – OTE in the region of £80k.

Applicant Requirements
Applicants applying for this vacancy must hold the full FPC or equivalent and AFPC preferable. You will have excellent technical knowledge of the full product range and have working knowledge and already established relationships with London IFAs. You will have the ability to plan, organise and implement sales plans. A successful track record in working to sales targets together with demonstrated problem solving and decision making capabilities.
