Job Description

A new vacancy for a Senior Sales Consultant to join the London branch of this major life and pensions company. You must have relevant experience and hold the full FPC or equivalent.

Job Profile
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Senior Sales Consultant to work from the London branch of this major life and pensions company. You will contribute to the overall success of the Branch by maximising the new sales potential from all firms/RIs on the panel by developing strong relationships with IFAs and providing a 1st class service to them. You will provide product/technical information and support to all IFAs. You will take a pro-active role at sales meetings and provide regular and ad-hoc business updates to the management team ensuring all information is accurate and in the correct format. You will carry out and update appropriate fact finds with IFAs to establish areas for development in business and relationships. Together with a basic salary up to £35,000 plus a market allowance of £3,500 + KPI bonus, commission, company car and excellent benefits. OTE for 100% of target in the region of £64k and 150% of target £81k.

Applicant Requirements
Applicants applying for this vacancy must have a proven successful track record in the financial services industry with exceptional technical knowledge and a positive reputation in the local market. You will hold the full FPC or equivalent and be working towards the AFPC. Knowledge of the IFA marketplace in London advantageous. You will have strong relationship management skills and have demonstrated sales skills and evidenced practical application of the sales process.
