Job Description
This top Investment Management Company is looking for a Project Manager to be involved in realigning the governance. Committee and structures to the new business model.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining, planning and managing the implementation the Investors Governance structure including the committee terms of reference, committee structures and the reporting requirements. You will also deliver the Governance project within the agreed time and cost; undertake a gap analysis of current Risk management information flows versus new structure requirements and identify process improvement opportunities. Other accountabilities include identifying risk within the Governance project and using effective risk management and reduction techniques.
You will ideally be a Project Manager from within the investment management industry and have a background of governance and company secretarial implementation. You will have risk and compliance knowledge and good facilitation and process management skills. Planning and estimating experience is also desirable.
