My client is an impressive business operating within the support services sector. Impressive growth plans and an organisational restructure mean they are looking to recruit a Divisional Finance Director.

Within the role you will be responsible for working closely with the senior management team, managing a finance team who look after a number of major outsourced contracts. You will ensure tight financial controls, budgets and forecasts are in place and ensure the contracts are run to service level agreements and within agreed financial targets. You will also be involved in tendering for wider business and commercial negotiations with clients. Further to that you will act as a key member of the senior management team in giving strategic direction to the division and exploring opportunities for further growth both organically and by acquisition.

To succeed in the role you will be a qualified accountant with an excellent track record within a senior commercial finance role. Excellent communication skills are essential as is previous experience dealing in an outsourced contract environment.
