Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES·
Provide the following for the Division as part of the Information Support Team:
oSupport the Management of the DataWarehouse Layer to ensure the source to DataWarehouse, and DataWarehouse to reports reconciles to the underlying records of account and is available at the correct time.
oSupport the Management of Master Data Attributes, to ensure that functions have the correct data in the Masters and the DataWarehouse to allow structured and constant reporting.oSupport the use of a Corporate Style for reporting.
oCreation and maintenance of a suite of standard reports using appropriate mediums depending on the end user.
oInductions for new starters to show what reporting is available and how to access it using the appropriate tools.
oDocumentation for training and processes relating to the reports, how to use them and the reporting tools available.
oUser support for reporting tools.
