Job Description
Our client, a world renowned investment bank, seeks an Operations Control Manager to manage a team of reconciliations analysts in all aspects of their work.
The role holder will manage relationships with internal clients and IT to ensure continuous improvement to processes, service and support. The successful candidate will work with offshore team to ensure all SLAs are met and will manage the daily nostro and stock processes including reconciliations and associated reporting. The chosen candidate will also work as part of the management team formulating the strategy for Operations Control in the future.
The ideal candidate should be degree standard educated, have previously managed a team, have an understanding of banking products and a good understanding of MIS reporting. The candidate must be able to work under pressure, be a global team player and have excellent attention to detail. If you have the required skills, please send your CV.
