Job Profile
Management role running a team of domestic property adjusters and some technical/administrative staff. The role will report to the Regional Manager. It will involve the supervision of staff, mentoring, technical referrals, working with certain scheme clients and running a portfolio of the larger and more complex household losses. It is effectively the regional No 2 role and there is some acting in their place to cover holidays etc.

Applicant Requirements
The ideal is to recruit someone with some managerial experience in loss adjusting or someone looking for the first time step in to this level. You will need to enjoy household losses and there is a preference for progress through ACII and ACILA.
