Job Description
An Interim Human Resources Advisor required to provide support with operational Human Resources issues. This will include employee relations working with the trade unions, resourcing, succession planning and employee development.
As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD qualified and be immediately available for work. You will be an excellent negotiator / influencer and have experience of working with Unions. in addition, you will have an excellent knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.
Our Client a Public Sector Organisation has an immediate requirement for an interim HR Advisor. Working as part of a team of 4 you will work closely with the HR Business Partner to provide an efficient and proactive HR service. With excellent transport links the site is easily accessible via both Public and Private Transport.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
