Job Description
A Legal Assistant is required to join a market leading organisation based on the outskirts of Coventry. You will be reporting into the legal manager and you key responsibilities will include recovery of customer's bad debt and to also advise customers on disputes. You will also be responsible for commencing legal action and deal with court documentation and also represent customers and court hearings.
You will have a proven track record in working within a Credit Control environment which includes taking accounts to legal and also representing the customer's in court. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to influence people whilst ensuring that all disputes are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
