Job Description
Training Coordinator required to support the training team of this evolving business. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of this organisation changing project. You will be responsible for coordinating all the training processes for a team of trainers at multiple locations. For example some of your key responsibilities will be to collate training needs analysis, evaluation and feedback. Also you will need to arrange training sessions to the extend of how many sessions are needed for the number of employees at this site and assign the appropriate numbers of trainers.
To be successful within this role you will need to have exceptional organisational skills, able to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise accordingly. You will need to be excellent at building relationships and communicating at all levels as you will be dealing with high level employees. You will have good understanding of the training cycle and have proven experience within training administration and co ordination. You will need to be personable and approachable to really successes at this role with the ability to see the bigger picture.
