Job Description

The successful Payroll clerk is responsible for administrating information onto the system for new clients, maintaining and updating employee records, administering the monthly Payroll, and extensive knowledge of year end and manual calculations. The role involves dealing with employee queries and resolving any discrepancies through your payroll knowledge. Knowledge of SSP, SMP, P45 starters and leavers and P60 would be beneficial.
the successful applicant will possess excellent communications skills. You will be knowledgeable of legislation and have a key understanding of underpinning rules of Payroll. You will be able to deal with discrepancies and resolve queries concisely communicate your knowledge via telephone fax and email. You will have a keen of for detail and posses good Microsoft office skills
