Job Description
My client a successful payroll bureau based in central Stockport are looking to recruit 6 1st Line Support Team Representatives to join their client services team. The job purpose is to develop and maintain effective client communications in order to resolve issues relating to payroll legislation, product capability and client product knowledge. Ensures that the client is utilising appropriate processing procedures and advises client contacts on payroll best practices.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in a customer service industry and telephone handling. Payroll experience is preferable but not essential. You must also be an effective communicator with focus on customer service improvements. You must be PC literate and numerate.
My client are a large and continually growing payroll bureau processing weekly and monthly payrolls for a range of clients of varying sizes. They are well established in the market place and are seeking a dedicated payroller to join the team and maintain their excellent reputation. Based in Stockport they are close to motorway links and public transport.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
