Job Description
My client a successful payroll bureau are looking to recruit 2 2nd Line Support Representatives to join their client services department. Job purpose is to develop and maintain effective client communications in order to resolve more complex issues relating to payroll legislation, product capability and client product knowledge. Ensures that the client is utilising appropriate processing procedures and advises the client contacts on payroll best practices and to assist the effective transition of all new business into the company to streamline current service solutions.
We are looking for candidates with strong customer service experience and telephone handling. You will have been in a payroll environment for at least one year. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to identify when the escalation process is required.
My client are a large and continually growing payroll bureau processing weekly and monthly payrolls for a range of clients of varying sizes. Based in Stockport they are close to motorway links and public transport.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
