Job Description
Collection Advisors urgently required to join a well known prestigious company based in Wolverhampton. My client is looking for high achieving people with exceptional customer service and collections skills to join their very successful collections team. You will work with customers who have fallen behind with their payments, helping them to find an agreeable payment solution. The role is on a shift basis and therefore you must be available to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week and be able to work Saturday mornings on a Rota basis.
The successful candidates must have collections experience and a background within a target driven call centre, excellent customer service, telephone skills and you must be able to work to tight deadlines. Training and support will be provided during your career to ensure that you gain the skills required and achieve your personal goals. You will be enthusiastic with excellent listening skills with an ability to understand customers individual situations and assist them resolve their concerns.
