Job Description
Credit Control Administrator required for a ongoing temporary assignment working for a small friendly credit control team based in Oldbury with a view to start immediately. You will be responsible for proactively managing approximately 800 live accounts; your daily duties will include chasing customers for payments whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service, negotiating payment plans, resolving queries on accounts, referencing and credit checking new and existing customers, raising adhoc credit notes and supporting the credit manager with other adhoc duties as and when required.
My client is looking for an experienced credit controller who will be able to join team and make a valuable contribution. You will enjoy working as part of a small friendly team but must able to work on your own when required. Excellent communication skills are essential and you must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a computerised accounts package.

Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
