Job Description
A temporary position for an experienced Management Accounts Manager, you will take responsibility for a team of Management Accountants and a small billings team within this shared finance function. You will be responsible for the staff's day to day work load, training and development and troubleshooting. You will be a key member of the project team with the implementation of SAP and other ad hoc projects
The ideal candidate will be an excellent manager who enjoys motivating large teams and developing individuals. You will be a qualified (CIMA / ACCA) accountant although candidates who are 'qualified by experienced' will be considered. You will be a very strong communicator and be comfortable liaising with operational management as well as core finance. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a shared service centre and be used to a fast paced, high volume environment
