Job Description
If you are a newly qualified CTA looking to move into a pure M&A position in which you can take advantage of constant deal flow at a recognised Corporate Finance boutique this role is exactly what you are looking for.
As part of a close knit team you will provide high level advisory services to your clients on multiple deals for Global 500 and FTSE 100 clients. This team are retained by some of the countries leading Corporate Finance boutiques ensuring a constant stream of interesting and challenging deals for you to work on.
You will be CTA or ACA qualified with a genuine enthusiasm for Transaction Tax. Some Due Diligence experience would be an advantage but strong Corporate Tax experience and interpersonal skills are essential. To find out more about this role please contact Keith Mills at ECHM.
