Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing of invoices and credits
• Direct debit & standing order payments
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Opening of new accounts
• Chasing Branches & Suppliers to resolve queries
• Maintain complex pricing structures
Long term assignment
Good chance of permanency

EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience within an accounts receivable role
• Knowledge of Excel is preferred
QUALITIES
• Well presented, friendly, confident individual
• Confident communicator at all levels
• Understanding of customer service and client retention issues
• Excellent organisation skills
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
