Job Description
The liquidity function of a leading Investment Bank is seeking to hire an experienced ALM risk manager here in London.
You will be required to oversee the liquidity risk appetite of the entire business. You will ensure that the liquidity positions of the Bank are kept within the set limits and that the business adhere to the group liquidity policy and standards. Other responsibilities will be to develop escalation procedures for liquidity limit breaches and undertake tasks with delegated authority for certain levels of risk. You will work closely with the Head of Market Risk and regularly face off to Head of Treasury/ALM and respective money market and treasury teams.
In order to qualify for this role, you must have the following: Min BSc in a mathematically orientated subject. Market Risk experience working within an ALM or Treasury function. Strong quantitative and problem solving skills. Familiarity with FSA regulation. Solid communication skills.
