Job Description
European Treasury Operations Manager - Uxbridge - £50,000-£60,000
Our client is a market leader in their field, located in Uxbridge, Middlesex. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a European Treasury Operations Manager.
If you have extensive Treasury experience, with understaning of Senior Bridge/Asset Backed Securitiasion, Finance/Treasury qualification and strong Excel skills, we would like to hear from you.
B. Job purpose
• Produce the periodic reports on the Senior Bridge/Asset Backed Securitisation (ABS) security
package liaise with Countries and notify Investors and Subordinated Lenders.
• Manage the provision of timely and effective funding for all Hertz Operations in Europe and
Australia, through ABS and Senior Bridge and Finance Centre, Dublin and otherwise.
• Assist in the implementation of International ABS and work on the many additional requirements
e.g. reporting, triggers, cash management ongoing administration eg. Funding requests and lease
payments.
Key-result areas (Major Accountabilities)
• Monitor Finance Centre loans and deposits.
• Review covenant compliance under the Senior Bridge/ABS.
• Review the report on Company Debt, Interest and Equity on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the hedging of foreign currency and interest rate risk using derivatives.
• Assist in the provision of centralised treasury services to the companies.
