Job Description
Fantastic one-off opportunity at a Top 20 firm for an Employment Taxes Associate. Based within the entrepreneurial Employment Taxes Team. It is a very project based role and you will for example be working on enquiry status reviews, advising clients on rewarding staff and compliance health checks. Technical areas covered will include:
Tax and National Insurance. Taxation of benefits in kind. Completion of years end returns P11D/P11D (b) and P9D. Preparation of employee expense policies. The client base is very varied and includes some companies with up to 5,000 employees. They deal with clients ranging from start-ups to Public Listed Entities, large insurance groups and multi-nationals.
It is an advisory based role with very little compliance, so they are looking for someone with first-class client facing skills. They need someone who is genuinely interested in employment taxes and the kind of work it entails. No previous experience in Employment Tax is required, if you have worked in a Practice environment, hold a professional qualification and would like to develop a career in tax, full training will be provided. The rewards a plentiful with a salary on offer of up to £35,000 per annum.
