Job Description
.
Management of the time & attendance system to determine hours worked
· Checking daily exceptions reports
· Run individual hours reports
· Adjustment for applicable shift allowances and overtime
· Management of staff holiday entitlements and associated payments
· Collection of relevant wage deductions for benefits
Distribution of weekly & monthly payslips
· Process sick pay and maternity pay
Processing of medical certificates
· Setting up new starters / leavers
· Calculation of pro-rata holiday entitlement, creating annual & default holidays
· Processing holiday forms
· Processing change of details forms
· Capturing sickness absence for office personnel
· Issue swipe cards, maintain control of database / deletions, resolve card errors
· Create and update staff shift rosters
