Job Description
New job working as a Trainee Financial Advisor
Our client is one of the largest financial services organisations in the UK with more than 7 million customers and its aim is to be the UK's most admired Financial Services Company. They are recruiting for Trainee Financial Advisers in the East Midlands.
The initial training will last for approximately 8 weeks. You will then be supported by a Regional Development manager who will help you achieve your Competent Adviser Status. This is a field-based role so you will need to have your own car, as you will be visiting clients in their own homes. You will be provided with a client bank of around 2,200 customers and you will advise on a range of products, effectively managing your own business.
Flexible Working: No fixed working hours. Individuals work the hours necessary to carry out the role, which will usually involve evening work.
You should have either experience in a similar role or good sales/customer service experience
FPC/CeFA qualifications desirable but not essential for trainee roles.
Full FPC or Equivalent for fully qualified roles - current CAS preferred but will consider those without, who are returning to the industry with previous experience.
Ability to self-motivate and work from home
Excellent basic salary & unlimited bonus
