Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor to join a large personal lines broking house in Essex. You will be responsible for taking high volumes of calls with the view to selling personal lines products and breakdown policies to existing customers. You will respond positively to all customers' requests. The successful candidate will have a brilliant telephone manner and possess excellent written communication skills as well as being self-motivated.
