The role

• Responsible for the settlement of high volume group and individual PHI claims within agreed authority levels and service levels.
• Dealing with clients via the telephone to support the team.
• Handling fraudulent claims.
• To monitor and assess on going technical PHI claims.
• Determination of the need for and level of, any investigation and planning required action in consultation with senior management.
• Liaison with underwriters, compliance, sales and marketing departments.
• Handling compliance with all FSA requirements, including TCF and legal procedures.

You

• You MUST have relevant experience and exposure in handling group life accident & health, medical, rehabilitation and PHI insurance claims.
• Candidates with underwriting experience in the above feild might be considered.
