Head of Operations – Asset Management
Leading Investment Consultancy, Beta Funds division, Based Central London
£60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Package
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join the new Beta Funds division of a leading Investment Consultancy. In a new role, you will be responsible for overall development and implementation of short, medium and long term operational strategies to meet the business objectives of the division. This will include working initially with compliance and legal teams to ensure the division meets all regulatory requirements through developing relationships the product partners (SIPP, Bond and Wrap Platforms) and third party support services (custodians etc.). You will be a key member of the management team and will input into both overall marketing strategies and prepare all regulatory and point of sale documentation. Above all, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join an organisation and implement strategies from the ground up.
To be successful in this role, you should have had a significant Operational Management background within Asset, Investment or Fund Management. Experience of developing an operation from start up would also be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of SIPP, Bond and Wrap Platforms would also be a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills are a must as is the desire to join an interesting and expanding operation.
