Job Description
Enhance your pensions’ knowledge working as part of a highly motivated and personable in-house pension’s administration team, providing a professional service to the members of this industry-leading organisation. They currently have two defined benefit pension schemes, with defined contribution elements and a combined membership of over 5,000 members.
You will be involved in all aspects of pension’s administration, ensuring that all calculations are in line with Trust Deed and Rules as well as pensions legislation, meeting Service Level Agreements.
Drawing on solid pensions’ administration experience in both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes, you will be able to prioritise as well as identify complex cases to be referred as appropriate.
Communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with member enquiries as well as liaising with internal departments such as HR, payroll, and finance.
You will have a current knowledge of the pension’s legislative framework coupled with awareness of internal checks and controls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to further their career. Progress towards achieving a pension’s qualification would be an advantage, although not essential.
